Bad week for my fish........

So last week i found what was left of my yellow tank stuck to the side of one of my Rios. I have been neglecting him and not feeding him as i should so he died. And tonite i get a call from my mom saying her basement is flooded. Then she calls back saying both my rays and my datnoid are dead.

Im feeling pretty ill at this point.........i dont know whether to just get rid of all my tanks or just bite the bullet and buy another pair of rays.

Man i am soooo bummed.

Man I feel for you. Did the tank fail or had other flooding? It would make a killer frag tank if wanted to go that way.

The yellow tang wasnt a big deal, i just bought him to take care of my caulerpa problems. The rays died because i had the water to the tank turned on and i forgot about it. The water was on all night and day, so they basically got to cold and croaked.

Was pretty sad pulling those guys out, ive had them for over 3 years and they were getting to spawning size.

Someday ill get more, but for now its one less thing i gotta worry about moving to my new house.

Man that sucks about the rays! I know how you feel, it sucked when mine died.

Def. wait until you get moved into your new place and then get some new ones. You already have the perfect tank for them. (Or a HUGE FRAG TANK)

Would you get some more motoro's or maybe something like a leopoldi? Those are sweet!

Still sad IMO, as he was a wild creature who came from the ocean and died in a tank unhappy

Yeah theres that, but it didnt cost $500 + $20 a week in nite crawlers either.

My frog died today too, on the other hand i did rescue a bird from my furnace yesterday.

I bought a house on Lawrence which id kind of down by the OP in Edale.

Its a pretty sweet placedont know what im going to be setting up for tanks quite yet though.
