Bad Worms

Does anyone know of a link to the worms and other things that find a way into our tanks that we dont want. Im new to this (3months) and saw something awfully weird crawling on the glass. Before I could get a pic of it, the powerhead blew it away. It looked almost like a centipede.

Good gracious...I never would have thought that there would be so many that looked like what I saw..WOW...I'll have to wait to see him again, I guess.
