Ok, so a while back i was forced to sell my 75 gallon mixed reef due to travel for work. I have been aching to get back into the game, and now I am doing it. Small scale this time with the Nuvo 16, but plan to keep it pretty automated. Everything has been ordered and should arrive by this Wednesday. :dance:Equipment on its way is as follows:

-Innovative Marine Nuvo 16(black)
-Nano Box Duo w/ Storm Controller(this is going to take about 3 weeks, but worth the wait, quickly becoming the ,"Gotta Have" light for nanos).
- EcoTech MP10
-Reefkeeper Lite with SL1,PC4, Temp Probe, PH Probe
-Dual float switch kit from DA
-Tom's Aqua-lifter Pump
-20 Lbs CaribSea Black Sand
-20 Lbs CaribSea Dry base rock
-Viva Aqua Titanium Heater Unit

-
I also have some stuff to pick up locally, but most the stuff is on its way.

Stand:

I struggled with doing a custom stand until I stumbled upon this beauty, apparently Deep Blue makes a stand EXACTLY the right size for the Nuvo16, so I haggled with the manager at Care-A-Lot and got 15% off for a few scratches.I may still remove the top and add the granite I had for my custom stand.

ATO Holding Tank:

I cannot decided what size than to use, I am fairly sure that a 10 gallon will fit, but do I really need one that big? I considered a 5.5 gallon but need some input from y'all.Ideas?

Anyway, hoping you guys follow along, I plan to have this up and running by close of business next week. Unfortunately, my light will take two-3 weeks, as they are quite popular and he builds each one by hand.

Yeah, unfortunately it won't be here very soon. You can't find a bad review, and they are very high build quality.... cannot wait. I will have the tank up and cycling hope full by next Friday. I am a Radion fanatic, however I had to try this one out. A radion seemed a bit overkill, and these are much sleeker.

Lol I had a radion over my old tank and was going to keep it for my nuvo but I thought the same thing...absolute overkill

Haha, yeah...if I wanted barbeque, I'd head to the local Texas Roadhouse. Besides, Dave uses such high quality part and LEDs.....and supporting the small guy is important to me.

Well, getting close to my stuff arriving. I am super excited. While I am on here, can anyone suggest a few options for dosing pumps. I am still rolling around the idea of a Auto Water Change. Thinking about shooting for around 5 gallons a week.....
