The customers determine the services offered at those stores. My son works for Lowes in their appliances department. If they get too many customers who come in and demand new glass because they claim it was cut wrong, not addmitting it was their measurment error, they stop cutting glass. Same with acrylic...

As always, it is people who make the difference. There are too many people in our society anymore who take advantage of custmore service. If they do that, customer service offered changes with them...

I used 1/8 inch im always leaning on them I have stuff hangging them water levels are all different hights and no problems
