Bali Red Starfish

Hi,
I have a Red Bali Starfish, and he is awesome, so fun to watch and really adds to the tank.
We have had him about 2 months and he seems to be doing fine except I am worried that there may not be enough food in our 55g tank to keep him fully fit and was wondering.
1. What to feed as a supplimental food
2. How to feed (can we target feed somehow?)

It's kind of hard to quess what kind of star you have from the common name. Would it be Fromia? If so they don't tend to take to target feeding and their diet isn't really known anyway.

Yeah, I just found another post talking about a Red Sea Star, it looks as though it is the Fromia milleporella.
