All fish should be wormed.
You can use praiquantrel ,it works the best.
You can get online for about 16.oo fo 3 pills,it is a dog ang cat dewormer,use at a rate of 23 mg per pound of fish.
Just crush the pill and stuff the powder into a shrimp,for a 6 inch ght I would use half a pill.
As for your feeding problem use a eggcrate to seperate the puffer at feeding time.
