Ballast -- 55w 65w ?

I have an old "Southbay Lighting" product. As far as I can tell, this company is out of business. I bought the hood in 2000. I am trying to figure out if I can put 65w bulbs in place of 55w bulbs.

This original hood has four 55w square pin CF bulbs. I don't know anything about lighting, and I am looking at the two ballasts that have absolutely nothing written on them other than "Q.C." and "QC 1302".

Any ideas on whether or not I can install 65w square pin bulbs in this?

65 watt bulbs will work just fine in that fixture. the only diffrence is that they will run at 55 watts rather than the 65 watts they are rated for.
