ballast help

i found a couple of GE ballasts and want to see what i can run with them. the ballast says 480-slh-tc-p use with (2)f96t12ho - (2) f96t12hoes - (2) f84t12ho - (2) f72t12ho. a friend of mine said i could run a couple of vho's with this ballast. im not to good when it comes to electrical stuff, overdriving and stuff please help, thanks in advance

I believe the ballast can run 2 high output 96'', 84'' or 72'' t-12 bulbs, not VHO bulbs.
