ballast wiring question

okay I got me a new ballast but the end piece was not on it so I got one of those two, I know where the black and white end goes, but the plug in has 2 blue and 2 red wires, the ballast has 2 red on one side and 2 red/ 1 yellow out of the other, any help would be appreciated

Could it be a ground lead?

could be I'm just an idiot when it comes to electric, but i would have a extra wire, the end piece that fit onto the bulb has 2 red and 2 blue wires,the new ballast has two red and one yellow and the another 2 red
