I run three M58 balasts on my reef tank, they run through the wall into my garage, well the other day I had to put two of them on the concrete to do some work behind them so they stayed there for a couple of days, this morning two of my bulbs wouldn't fire up so I figured I would pick up the ballasts and set them on a couple of 2x4 blocks, by the time I got inside the house they both were working again...what's up with that, possible ground issues? any electricians out there?
