Banana fish...wounded eye..please help!!!!!

This morning I woke up and noticed that my precious fish has a clear bump on its eye..at first glance it seemed like a air bubble but after close examination I found one eye bigger than the other....I'm thinking he hit him self at night or something since he's a super fast swimmer and a little jumper.......can someone tell me what/why/how this happens???im concerned about the well been of my precious...thank u .....

If it's a mechanical injury, it should heal ok as long as water quality is maintained. Just watch out for signs of bacterial infection.
