Bandit Angel Tankmates

I would look at doing a group of 10 red spot cardinals - Apogon parvulus.

My pair of bandits currently resides with a pair of chaoti leopard wrasses. I have a group of catalina gobies in QT.

I also am looking for another 'water column' swimming fish. Ventralis anthias, blue assessors or sunburst anthias are on the short list. Unsure which one we will pick.

Keep in mind though, I do not do 'biotope accurate systems'. Doing a Hawaii theme tank would be very nice.

A harem of Flasher or Fairy wrasses, with maybe 6-7 females. One male..
Other than Chromis or Anthias, I cannot think of any deeper water fish that really school.

Sincerely,
Matthew

Chris- I am using a LeDio 3w Blue LED Spot. I would love to get my hands on a group of healthy hawaiiensis! As for the cardinalfish, have you seen Apogon erythrinus offered for sale. I would love to have a group of these.

tanglovers- A. parvulus is a favorite of mine.

Matthew- I am not worried so much about finding a deep water species as I am finding a shoaling species.

Another one you could look at is gold assesor basslets. They will hang out in groups, are peaceful, and their lower temp range is 72 whcih should be ok. ORA has been aquaculturing them which is pretty nice as well.

I have always wanted to have a group of assesors.
I wonder how these fish would do in fairly large groups (say 6-8)? To me these seem like a fish that would pair off, when kept in a group.
