Bangaii holding 11 days now

Since it's been 11 days does this mean it will go to full term? Should I set up a new tank or is it too early to expect success? Thanks

I'm not sure but I'll give it a bump with this question. Did you pick out a male and female from the store or did you get lucky and end up with a pair?

Check your overflow. A buddy of mine had a breeding pair and he use to find fry in there all the time.

I asked him to check here to see if he could give you any pointers.

I picked up the only 2 bangaiis Paul had in the tank at the time and they were close to eachother and getting along fine. Took the two of them and sure enough.

Just fed the tank, and man did that holding bangaii ever resist!!!!! Looked like it was over, going for every morsel but didn't bite.lol Expecting it to happen for sure now.

The male is constantly hanging around the BTA. Going to have to set up a 10 gallon I have if he continues to hold. I would imagine if left in the tank he would spit the babies in the nem!!!!!!!
