Banggai Cardinal addition possibilities??

I have a 29 gal. reef with lots of rock with two captive bred Skunk Clowns and an RBTA who spend most of their time chasing each other around. I have a Tailspot Blenny in the tank that the clowns don't bother. Can I add a Banggai Cardinal??

As long as the cardinal has some open-water space to hover, sure. They aren't very active.

Ditto on they not being very active. Bangaiis are cool fish but they became a bit boring to me as they just hovered in the same area.

If you can get a pr they readily spawn in a tank. The male will hold the eggs and young in his mouth.
