Banggai Cardinal

Does your banggai cardinal eat dry food? if so what kind? My banggai cardinals eat frozen food fine, but I am trying to get them to eat dry food as well.

I've been trying to get mine to eat pellets too, but still only takes frozen.

Mine will take a few nibbles of flake food, but not too much. It prefers brine shrimp and PE mysis. I have a sample of Blue Zoo mix from Blue Zoo Aquatics that I use sometimes as well as Nutrafin Max.

I have a group of 6. They enjoy Spectrum Energy pellets. Most of the fish love the spectrum. I was sold when I saw Mandarins going after the pellets. But my own mandarins prefer to hunt.

Most BC will eat just about anything. That's assuming they're tank-raised, not WC, which are much pickier (and less healthy).

Mine will only go for Mysis, they love it. I've had them for 3 weeks at this point. I wish they would at least try flake or NLS pellets since i'll be gone for 6 days in December.
