Bartlett strange behavior.

Guys, I need help on figuring out what's wrong with one of my Bartletts. I have three Bartletts that have been in QT for 2 weeks. I haven't medicated nor have I done any ttm. Last night, while feeding, I caught one swimming to the bottom of the glass and swiping her body as if she was trying to scratch an itch. I looked to see if ich was present but nothing. A week ago, the same Bartlett, I turned the lights on and noticed that her pectoral fins looked fuzzy. The lights had been off longer than usual and after a few hours her fins were normal again. They eat well and swim around the QT. Could it be flukes? Any other signs I should look for?

TIA,
Izzyish

Flukes can be diagnosed with a fresh water dip. However treating all fish with two rounds of prazipro should be standard.
