Bartlett's Anthias has Popeye

My Bartlett's Anthias hasn't been looking so good the past couple of weeks, then developed popeye in one eye after 3 days of prazipro...

I added a Midas Blenny, a few days later the Bartlett's Anthias started to hide in the rocks. He was still eating at the time. A few weeks passed and he started mostly laying on the sand next to the rock and stopped eating, but some days he would go for food. So a few days went by and I thought it might be flukes so I dosed the main tank with prazipro. Then 3 days later the Bartlett's Anthias developed popeye in one of the eyes and has been laying in the front of the tank on the glass.

Any suggestions? I was thinking to put him in quarantine with tank water and epsom salt in a few days after the prazipro treatment is finished.

New anthias get popeye all the time. Most of the time it goes away on its own, though occasionally the eye may be lost. Sounds like there's more going on with your fish. Bartletts are typically aggressive, water column swimmers/feeders.
