base building using polyurethane

IÃ"šÃ‚´m trying a 260G. reef tank and I need to know if itÃ"šÃ‚´s possible to use polyurethane foam ,under the live rock, to build a reef base instead of rocks.
WhatÃ"šÃ‚´s the best solution?
