Anyone know where to buy base rock locally? Marco is sending me 40lbs but he just shipped yesterday and I'm gonna need about 40 more pounds.Gonna pick up some live stuff from Richard for seeding when I boot the tank up.

Memfish, Kermit's Reef and Something Fishy all have rock. Might not be a bad idea to check all 3 places to see prices and selection.

How about some Specimen Rock? I might be convinced to let some nice, mature Mushroom encrusted rock go, but it wouldn’t be at Base Rock prices, I can tell you that.

But it also wouldn’t be at the same price you’d typically find at the LFS either. I can come below that, if needed.

Thanks Ryan for the tip.It worked out great I got some stuff from each LFS and Ive got Marco rocks coming tomorrow .Nice to be able to pick and choose this stuff buy hand.
Will do Marty.I plan on buying some live to seed the dead with.When I get the H2O in ill give you a shout.But you realize it will be exposed to week after week of Manchester United games on TV and all my jerseys and scarfs!I think its used to a little more blue tones is it not? :bounce2:
