Basic Requirements

Hi, I'm interested in buying 2 Percula Clownfish. I'v never had a tropical fish before and am just wondering what the basic requirements would be for the 2 fish, such as min tank size, etc.

Also, being in the military I live away from home and travel back during the weekends. Would the fish be able to cope on their own over the weekend? And how easy would it be to move the tank between barracks should I need to?

Finally, is it prefaired to have coral in the tank? Its an idea im keen on trying, but again, how hard would be it be to transport the coral?

Thanks

They shouldn't have any problems over the weekend without food if you keep up a weekday feeding regiment. But the second part of that question worries me. For 2 clowns I'd recommend at least a 20+ gallon tank and when filled with live sand, live rock, and water, moving the tank would be difficult for you and stressful for its inhabitants.

I definitely do not recommend you keep coral if you plan on moving the tank frequently. Moving the tank implies, among other things, that you unplug it, which means no circulation and no lights. Could probably drop a battery powered air stone in the tank when in transit, but I'd still worry about stressing out the live stock.
