I would recommend unplugging the charger from the battery backup, and testing the unit with your VorTech to determine if it is fully charged. If your VorTech enters battery backup mode when disconnected from it's charger, we will need to replace the battery backup charger. Once you have determined the issue, please contact us to discuss your warranty status.
