Battlecorals group buy anyone?

I've been specially looking for a few corals that I can't find locally and I know Adam has but it's not quite enough to qualify for free shipping. I also want to get it here before it gets too cold for shipping. If anyone in Sacramento area is interested let me know.

Shocked no one wants in on this. Adam has some of the best stuff available, is a great guy to do business with and one of if not the only person I would buy corals from and feel confident I wasn't getting pests. Since most of his colonies have been captive for so many years his stuff is also crazy resilient. I've had two major alk swings that killed 80% of all my acros that weren't from Adam but I have yet to have a frag from him rtn/stn on me.

The acros I want are reasonably priced I think. I've heard Adam throws in freebees sometimes too. I'm not even necessary interested in the freebee. Just looking for some nice blue aqucultured acros of certain species.

Email or pm Adam. If your not stuck on one specific piece your best off getting a "battleBox". It's basically a grab bag of stuff except you set the perameters. For instance, when I setup my tank I wanted to test out some stuff and make sure I could support sps as well as get some fast growers in there to quickly take up space. I sent him a pm on the other forum and told him I had $200 to spend including shipping and I would like fast growers and stuff that has proven really hardy. He said he could do at least five quality pieces for that price or less shipped. He sent me a bill via PayPal for $175 and I ended up with 7 frags. 5 real nice chunky frags and two smaller frags of some fairly rare pieces. Total retail value was over $380. Take away $35 in shipping that's $20 a frag. You can set whatever perameters you want: I want all blue acros, I want all Millie's, etc etc. give him a budget, tell him what you like and sit back and prepare to be impressed.

I've heard of people doing that. I may end up going that route if no one is interested. It just sounds like a gamble.

I'd only consider it a gamble if there was a chance you got stuff you didn't like. In this case it's basically a sure thing. If you have one piece you really want you can always tell him you want that one piece and give him perameters and a budget for other stuff.

Just curious what are the parameters you wanted?

Blue digitate acro-humilis , blue table-specifically hyacinthus, or other bushy acros. I'm focusing on pink, red, yellow, and blue. The ones i wanted were flyy me to the moon humi, ultimate table, and blueberry nasuta.

A buddy and I have done a few orders through Adam. He's legit, great stuff and service. You won't be disappointed.

Did you place your order yet? I'm tapped for space for sps but I thought about adding some more rock to the sand bed just to get more in there lol its either that or upgrade to a bigger or separate system.. the wife wants an anemone tank but I would be be able to put what I want in there

I ordered it the other day. Adam said he likes to wait a week before shipping. I think it'll get them next week. I have some live rock I just took out of my frag tank if you're interested. It's probably about 15 lbs fiji. I cured myself so it's 100%pest free. I also use aquaforest products so it's loaded with good bacteria. I switched to siporax.

I'm not able to upload pics for some reason at this time. I got 7 frags. 2 of which I really wanted. One that I thought he was going to send didn't come. He didn't really follow the parameters I was looking for. Maybe I'm picky but I was very specific. All I can say is he has great customer service, his corals look great and healthy, and his frag sizes are generous.
