BB SPS with softies

Just curious if any of you guys have a BB tank with crazy flow, huge skimmer, and a load of leathers and other softies. Would love to see pics and feedback. I have to becareful what I say or this thread will end up in the GD forum

I have one. I am running about 40X turnover in my 90 gal. only a few SPS so far but crazy flow the softies don't mind they even like it.

Hey Rich, I have softies and LPS also in my 90 with about 35x turnover rate....the trick with leathers is to keep them down flow from SPS and run carbon. I also have some zoos, polyps, shrooms etc.. A little bit of everything. Most are towards or on the bottom, but this leather likes the flow and bright light.

I don't know how you can have a down flow with a high turnover. My tank is mixt and the currents are very random (35x). I would say carbon and skimming are the most important things to do.

I have lots of Rics in my BB SPS tank...

I have TONS of flow in my 180 mixed reef. Leathers,colts, ricordia,heavy SPS . 1000 gal/hr on my returns and a Pair of Tunze 6100's streams.I think they are around 3000 gal/hr each. the softies get blowed around alot, but they don't seem to mind much.

they are pretty resiliant even the ones that get blasted by my OM 4 way.
