Funny you should mention the swimming pool on my balcony, whenever we are out and about my girlfriend always sees like a bird bath, or a fountain, or a trampoline or something and says she wants it... I tell her sure, it can go on the balcony with the pool, the hot tub, astro jump, swing set, and rope swing. As for my penguin, he will be sophisticated, bathe and not try to eat anything outa my tank. Besides, when it rains really hard, it floods behind my apartment, and he can go out an play there. He'll learn to sign for fed ex packages, and acclimate any corals or fish i buy online, and in the winter I will have a little doggy (or penguin) door for him to go out and play in the snow.
Trust me, I think I've put way too much thought into this penguin business.
