Bc 29 stock light

What are some anemone I can keep in my bc29 stock lights? I also have two circulation pumps on the back of right corner and front of left corner. I heard bta is a good choice but I am open to any other anemone!

Based on my experience and research:
BTA is the best choice.
A healthy LTA.
Aurora/beaded anemone.
Haddoni carpet anemone, though they grow quite large and are notorious fish eaters.

Non-clownfish host anemones:
Condy anemone
Rock flower anemone
Some tube anemone.
Maxi-mini carpet anemone.

Thank you so much. Is it possible to feed my anemones the same food as my fish? I feed them frozen brine shrimps. I heard zooplanktond are the best but I want to hear more infos :)

I feed mine raw shrimp I bought from grocery store. A little piece every time. He devours the shrimp in less than one minute. Sometimes I try other sea food such as chopped tilapia fish, squid, mussels, etc.

Some people feed their nems blood worms, black worms,,, we don't have to do that.

I know some petstore feed nems feeder fish (the freshwater ones)....We don't need to do that.

Anemones don't need to eat that often so feeding should not be a concern. Feed them the shrimp you buy from grocery store once/twice a month should be plenty to keep nems happy.

Bta or most photosynthetic anemones need more than stock light. It won't do well long term unless u upgrade to reef capable led or t5.

u can take a look at kessil 180 or 360, or ecotech radion. they range from $250-500. some people have also tried the chinese black box on ebay or amazon.

Stocklighitng will not be ideal for keeping anemones but there are people and stores keep anemones under the biocube stocklighitng.

Like others posted, I too don't recommend using stock lighting for long term success (we are talking about years) but if you will only use the stocklighitng for the first few months it's totally fine. And by that time you will probably need to switch light bulbs too. It will be a good time to consider upgrade. I recommend kessil too.

But you have to know that their coloration under stock lighting will not be as good as under quality LEDs.
