I bought new reagent lot# 5672, reading very low. Company sold a bunch different lots defective.

This has been happening for a few months. Thanks Elvira for bringing light to it. I stopped using Hanna for past 2 months and now using Salifert until they get there act in order. It's a shame as I liked the Hanna.
