I was going to head for the keys but the wind is supposed to pick up down there.

That sounds good. How far out is the reef there? I have a dive flag also.

What about parking?

It is a little further out there compared to Dania or Johnson St. There is lots of parking. What time are we thinking?

1 mile north of Hallandale is a little vague...lol.. is it north of Hollywood Blvd? Where do I turn coming North ? Is it free parking or pay?

From A1A South, Turn right one Eucalyptus terrace. Then left on S Surf Rd. Park anywhere on the left or in the half circle.

I was thinking early, like 8-9 am.

Got it. How about 8:30 am? So how much further out is the reef there? Looks like it will be 11-15 knot winds tomorrow, seas 2 feet. Marvin, I'll check the ocean in the morning when I wake up and text you if I'm definitely going.
It all depends on the waves.

8:30 works for me. 2' may be a little light if they really do get the winds that they say. But, they were predicting most of the same today and it hasn't come to be.

About 100-150 yards I would guess.
