BeanAnimal Overflow question?

I'm going to run a BeanAnimal overflow from the 1st floor to the basement. I'd like to attach the exit pipes to the outside base of a 90g sump using bulkheads. The water will enter a baffle chamber about 18"tall x 12" wide x 12" deep, then overflow to a trickle filter.

Do you think the back pressure from the water in the baffle chamber will effect the siphon flow?
