Beat up Clown

I noticed one of my clowns today was acting weird and I noticed some wounds on it. This is a 75g. I'm wondering if I should separate the 2 or just leave them be.

Remove the injured fish to a QT. Treat with Melafix. Though clowns can be initially sensative to Melafix, but it passes quickly.
