beef'in up my tank...

I came into some extra $$ not a whole lot but a little, and wanted to get start off by getting a ro/di and a fuge and sump, and a skimmer.

Any good places (cheap) to buy from online or should i just go to my LFS and shop around?

I got a 75 gal with a hang on the side filter 1 powerhead, about 75lbs of LR, 1 mandarin fish, 1 choclatechip starfish, 2 in. of livesand, a few snail, and 1 hermit. I wasnt ganna add any fish for atleast 3 more mo. but my tank was being overran with pods(my tank is crawling with them still) and the guy at the LFS told me the mandarin would some what keep them under control. I also have 1 10k bulb and a Actinic bulb.

What else do i need before i can start addind coral to my tank? I'm in not hurry to add anything to my tank (fish and coral wise) cause last time i got in a hurry everything died.

well before you add coral you will have to remove the starfish as they are not reef safe.

build your sump yourself, it will be much cheaper.

for a good rodi unit any sponsor from RC will have some good units.
buckeyesfield, spectrapure, filterguys, purelyh20, ect.

as for a skimmer I would check out the octopus skimmers, great skimmers for little cost.
