Behavior change

So I got a Melanurus fairy Wrasse and a watchman goby at the same time about 4 - 5 weeks ago. My wrasse was a great tank mate. He got a long with everybody. No problems. Well last week I got a spotted hawkfish and things have changed. I witnessed my wrasse dragging the goby around by the tail fin and eventually killing him along with the help of the hawkfish. Then I've watched the wrasse flip over snails and eat them and also a peppermint shrimp. Can anybody tell me what's going on?

80 gal hex tank
40# live rock
3-4 inch live sand bed

It's normal for wrasses to go after/eat CUC members. Not sure about the interaction with the goby.

I have a Jansens wrasse and no snails, hermits, shrimp or clams.
