How long should I keep tank dim?

I have kessil 360w. I was gonna just put in lowest setting for both color and intensity for a couple days

Female is out and eating. Male arrived alive. Hopefully he isn't too stressed

I will certainly post some pictures. She is beautiful. Working in acclimating male. His shipping salinity was really low. I usually try to only drip an hour bout after an hour he's still only at 1.020. I need 1.024. Eek! I increased drip but don't want to stress him.

The long drip acclimation is likely to result in ammonia.

Yea I didn't stretch it out over too long. He's in s checking things out. He ate a couple brine but nothing to write home about. Gonna try some mysis and fish frenzy.

Ok. Behavior question. Male put into the tank yest. He's eating some but not great. He's in and out of this one cave and guarding it. The female is hanging around his area but he keeps chasing her out anytime me she he s near. She has a whole other side of aquarium but she sticks to his side. They did sleep together in cave for at least part of the night. So, what's going on here?

Obviously she is a clingy little floozy who slept with him too soon and he a typical male with no respect for her after. LOL

I would not sweat it. Give them a little time.

Lol I was thinking the same thing! Hahaha he has no respect for her now. Maybe a bit of anthropomorphizing but funny regardless
