Berghia Nudibranchs

I have an aiptasia explosion in my mini carpet anemone tank. Is there any chance the berghias will harm my mini carpets when the aiptasias are gone? I emailed the breeders and they assured me they ONLY eat aiptasia, no other anemones.
Any one have any negative experiences with these?

The mini carpet will likely eat the "berghia." Even aiptasia can consume these slugs if you drop them into the center of a large one. So you have to watch out if there is any kind of flow that may "blow" them off their footing. Also, power heads, overflows, and filter intakes can easily kill them.

This tank has low flow so I don't think that will be a problem. I am not so worried about the nudis getting eaten however it would be a shame. My main concern it them going after my $$ mini carpets.
Have there been any cases of them eating any anemones besides aiptasia?

Mini carpets pack more of a punch than the aiptasias do. I dont think you'll have a problem with those nutis eating your carpets(like the breeders said). I also would be more inclined to say that the carpets are more likely to harm the nutis. Add one and watch it.
Best advise i can give.

the main thing about nudibranchs is they only eat ONE thing, i.e. montipora nudis only eat montiporas, zoa nudis only eat zoas and they will starve with out that single food source. so, if they are eating your aiptasia they are not going to attack your anemones.

but like a previous poster said, they are easily killed and if they happen to crawl near or across your anemone im sure they'll be his snack.

Not sure I agree with this... I raise Berghia and watch them attack the Aiptasia regularly. Even the very small juveniles will make the Aiptasia withdraw thier tentacles when they touch them. The first few times I was a bit worried that I would have no Berghia left, but they "swarm" the Aiptasia with little regard for their own safety it seems.
