well i have an aptasia problem and i have tried joe's juice, i've tried a copper band butterfly with no success. i have heard that the berghia nudibranch eats them. has anyone had success with this? are they hit or miss like the copper band? also i have heard that nudibranch's have probelms in high flow systems. i am running about 3000 gph from the sump to the tank and was wondering if that would be a problem? the aptasia are not everywere like i have seen some tanks but they seem to multiply fairly quickly and would like to get this under control. any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks,

frankie

The only thing that the berghia's eat are aiptasia, when its gone they will starve, keep this in mind. High flow would potentially be bad for them, if they get swept from the rocks they can easily be killed in a powerhead.

Also, with only a minor case the slugs usually starve before they find many of the anemones. I doubt they would be much help in your case.
