Best adhesive for plastic - plastic underwater?

Quick question:

I'm planning on attaching a veggie clip to an old Magfloat so I can move the clip around without dunking my entire arm. What's the best adhesive choice to bond the plastic clip to the plastic of the Magfloat in this situation? Cyanoacrylate, two-part epoxy, something else? Thanks!

Well plastic is a generic term.. Different plastics require different adhesives..
But in general regular super glue/cyanoacrylate "should' work just fine for a veggie clip/mag bond
