Whats the best caulerpa eating fish or invert for a 200L tank. Tangs are out of the question. Tank is stocked with softies, LPS and bubbletip nems.

Thanks

some of the Rabbitfishes eat various Caulpera species iirc..... get a little large for a 200l though.

Having excessive Caulerpa growth suggests high nutrients by the way. Therefore, adding a fish that will eat it might actually make the problem worse. Better imho to remove it manually so it acts as a nutrient export mechanism. Eventually, water conditions should inhibit it's growth.

The only algae i have is some macros, not diatoms, red slime etc so i dont think its down to high nutrients. I think the problem is a good amount of light over the tank and nothing to graze on it.

I have had 2 one spot foxfaces that loved C. racemosa. Still have one of those two. It's a cool fish.
