Best Algae Magnet scraper??

Who makes the best magnetic algae scraper for a 46 gallon tank? I have the magfloat 125 and it sucks it doesn't take off coraline algae

I like my magfloat just fine. I don't think any magnetic algae scraper will remone coraline. Coraline needs to be scraped with a credit card or razor.

I have the pirahna and it works great!! The sticker shock was mellowed a bit because I bought it used (I figured what could go wrong with a cleaning magnet )

There is a guy on here who came up with a scraper that utilizes a razor blade attached to a magfloat with a piece of acrylic....I can't find the thread, but it's been getting pretty good reviews. One of the sponsors stores carries them too. Sorry I can't point you to the specific spots, just wanted to let you what is out there.

Thanks I live close to there but I'm scared the razor blade will scratch the glass since I have a bowfront so its not flat I have a kent scraper that scratched the glass because its not flat.

How do you like your pirahna? I heard it will remove some coraline algae. I don't care how much it cost since I don't really have any other options.

I also have a bowfront tank and use a razor blade just fine without scratching the tank. Just keep the razor at a sharp angle and clean horizontally.
I've never scratched the tank doing this.
