Best all in one aquarium?

What size tank are you thinking about?

I'm generally a fan of the Innovative Marine tanks, but appreciate longer and shallower tanks. Their AIO system is nicely compartmentalized to accept a range of equipment from non IM manufacturers (e.g. Tunze skimmers).

Red sea is very high quality, and almost plug and play. If I wanted a tank in their larger-size area (the new XL and XXLs) I would go with a RedSea setup. I helped my friend set up his ~90g Red Sea 350 and it's a very very nice setup that he has done a great job with and enjoys very much.

If you're starting new in the hobby, a turnkey setup could be a 32g LED biocube. I saw a mostly stock one recently that was very impressive in the nano forum. If you're at all handy, or interested in technical stuff, I'd recommend just starting with a 40 gallon breeder, 55g, or 90g tank and building up from there, including getting the tank drilled and running a sump (at least for a 55g or 90g; the 40g you can get good hang-over-back equipment).

My space is limited I can go 40 inch wide max. I'm looking at innovative now and fluval. Red Sea looks nice but expensive. My wife wants plug and play she don't like the idea of drilling tank, etc

The Lagoon Fusion Mini 50 is 30" wide, so you would have room on either side for access. That's the tank I've been eyeing if I can't get to a 300g tank for my next build (when I move, if I'm stuck in an NYC apartment again). Highly recommend the IM LM 50, heard nothing but great things. Check out the manual if you have additional size/setup questions

I just purchased a IM Nuvo 30L with a stand from my LFS. They discounted it to make room for a different display (never had water in it) and I'd been considering a second tank. Appears well made and looks great, especially with 2 new Kessil 160's above. AIO should be easy to maintain (I hope).

+1 on the Fusion 50 Lagoon. One of the LFS here in NYC has one as a high-end frag display and it looks great.

I have a Nuvo 30L (non AIO) and love it as well, actually last-minute upgraded from the Fusion 30L because I wanted more space front-to-back.

+1 on the Biocube 32. I really really like mine and it's doing well. If you have the room, the bigger the tank the better since more gallons are easier to keep stable, but I recommend the BC for the all included route. Mine is stock (besides the lighting) and is handling being fully stocked quite well :)

It may not be AIO but maybe the SCA aquarium line is worth looking at. I was thinking about getting an IM nuvo but then I stumbled upon SCA and never looked back. The tanks are starphire glass on all viewing panels. Pre drilled with internal overflow. Comes with stand, sump, return pump, skimmer, and bulkheads. I picked up my 45 cube 24x20x20 for I believe 650 shipped. Just Nother option to consider.

I really like the jbj 28g aio; pretty similar to the biocubes, the stock lighting supports all softies, and lps I've put in so far.

Not sure if Cade aquariums are available in the US but I'm pretty excited about mine.

They are made of all aluminium and glass construction. No wood, mdf, ply or veneer. That's a big plus for longevity.

There is a new line of branded tanks from JBJ & Cobalt Aquatics due out soon™ (JBJ FP & Cobalt C-Vue). Sizes I believe were;

18g 20x16x12
26g 24x18x14
39g 36x18x14
45g 25x22x19

I say soon™ as information was supposed to be released in January, then March, still nothing officially up. Obviously whatever OEM they're both going through hasn't gotten it right yet.
