best camera for the money

im 16 with lots of reef tanks so obviousally the money is limited. id like to keep it $250 and under. preferabally in the $200 price range. whats the best camera for my money in your opinion. if you have this cam, can you post pics you have taken with it.

You can get a used Canon G5 on ebay for about that price. It's a great camera in the non DSLR space.
