Best Copper Medication?

I'm in need of treating a new Blue Tang for ich and was wondering what the most effective/safest/popular brand of Copper was. I tried hyposalinity in my hospital tank and it didn't seem to do the trick. I've also read some disturbing articles about how certain strains of ich are becoming resistant to hyposalinity, so I'm going to go the copper route.

I do plan to get a copper test kit in order to monitor my levels and plan to treat for a minimum of four weeks. I just need suggestions for the actual copper now.

cupermine by seachem and a red sea test kit , no problems at all and the red sea kit only goes up to .4 so i get it to .4 and add a little bit , the seachem copper test kit stinks imo

if the kit you use to test the copper does not read up to the manufacturers recommended dosage, then IMO, it's not effective. more chance for error.

there were a few batches of bad seachem test kits reported last year i believe. the one i had worked fine.
