Best Course of Action

So I've got a little outbreak of ich. I have a QT tank set up but at 33 gallons is not big enough to house my 7 fish for the time it will take to treat them and allow 6 weeks for a fallow DT, so I'm not sure what to do. I've been feeding like crazy and soaking the food in garlic. I'd like to hear suggestions and tips that you have tried, whether they worked or not.

Fallow period is 72+ day to get rid of ICH. 42 days will not do it.

Either way I don't have room to do it. I was asking what most would do in this situation. I've been feeding heavily in the hopes of buildng up each fishes immunity to fight it off. I'm asking if there is anything else I can do.
