I got my radion light and been using it for quite some time without any problem until the fan not working. Called Tim at Ecotech and he mailed the fan replacement at no cost eventhough my warranty is out. He even expedited shipping at no cost at all.

THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It is the reason why I only invest my money into ecotech product for my aquarium.
