Best Daily Food For Flasher Wrasse?

What is the best food for daily feeding of a flasher wrasse?

Preferably a simple pellet like Formula One Marine Pellets. Any chance Formula 2 would be better?

For my flashers and fairies I feed primairly mysis and New Life Spectrum pellets. That I supplement with formula 1 & 2, clam, krill, and shrimp.
IMHO its important to vary your food. I feed the morning with mysis and pellets, and in the evening I fed what ever comes to hand first.
