Best dip for zoa

I'm getting ready to buy some zoa's and I was wondering what's your guys take on dipping corals, and what dip should I use before I put the zoa in my tank.

I do a fresh water dip.. Turn the colony upside down and shake it out in the fw... U would be amazed with the crap on bigger colonies....

Then I do a iodine dip for 20-30 sec and then a saltwater dip..... Then acclimate.

This has worked every time and killed all the nasty bugs...
