Best flow for the money?

What do you guys think is the best powerhead or pump that goes in tank for flow? Things to consider, price, apex interface, time between cleaning/services, and overall flow. Most weekday you like and why. Heck even list what you would like to see in person.

Well I don't have much to compare too and I don't have a apex but my one voretech mp 40 goes from lagoon mode reefcrest short pulse long pulse back to reef crest then transition down to constant mode for the night then ramps back up in the early morning. Way better then my linear flow from korallia. I like mine so much I'm buying a second to use even more modes. Price is high but what isn't for high end stuff in this hobby. I don't have it but they do have battery back up

I find Jabao to be an awesome value. I know some question the quality. I bought 3 when I set up my 65g about 9 months ago. They push around quite a bit of water. I'm really happy with them.

Jebo for he price and interface but buy an extra pumpnto have around when they fail. They will fail. I still keep buying them. It hurts less to spend $60 every couple of years and get the newest model than to spend $500.

I had Mp40s and I was not happy with the amount of flow they could provide. They were also annoyingly loud. Now they have quiet drive mp 40's that push more water so hat may be a different story. Thhey work wonderfully on Apex. They are expensive. $$$$$

For a cube you probably don't want the crosflownpumps like the gyre. You may be able to place 4 of them and get crazy flow. I didn't play with them much yet but in my head that works. To me is the cleanest look however. If that's what you are going for then then these are definitely it. Not too crazy pricey. $$

Tunze are tried and true. I still have one Rhatvhas been running for over 10 years. $$$ but well worth it. Can be easily controlled with Apex with some DIY.

The new Apex powerheads WAV are great. Those will be my next purchase for sure. $$$ but well worth the money. I like the tunze like quality and the direct integration with Apex.

I am planing 4 Mp 40s which I have and I was think of adding an Icecap grye.

I also own many different pumps. From tunze to jebao to modded mj1200. (best flow for the money IMHO)

I think I'll be good with the 4 mp40s and 2 sea swirls. We shall see.

Speaking of flow should I get another mp40 or mp10? 65gallon. After I got the mp40 I put away the og korralia I think it is a 850gph with the wider flow. So then I was using a 1500gph korallia and a mp40 cranked up pretty high. Once the cyano started I got out the other korallia. I am not sure if a mp10 would be a upgrade in volume. I know in variety of flow and different modes synch anti synch all that but pure volume as the mp10 max is what 1500gph?

4 mp40s should be plenty. You can create all kinds of patterns with those by just having all 4 on the back wall. Inwoold akip thebgyre unless you already have it or have something specific in mind.
