Best food

What are the best kinds of food one can feed your marine fish? This includes both herbivores and carnivores?

I am looking for frozen, flake, dried etc.

The "best" food is a wide variety. I feed Mysis, Brine, Formula 1, Formula 2, Spirulina flakes, Nori. and there's another I'm forgetting....

I make my own food. I purchase fresh mussles, clams, scallops, and shrimp then blend it up with some Nori, and mysis shrimp. Then I freeze it and break it off and thaw it out in tank water before feeding. This way, everytime I feed my tank, it's getting a nice variety of food.

Frozen:
PE Mysis
Emerald Entree
Marine Cuisine
Omega3 Brine Shrimp
Spirulina Brine Shrimp

And a large variety of mixed pellets.

Rods Food, it's fantastic! Everyone in CMAS makes a pretty long commute to buy this stuff. It's like crack for fish and it feeds your corals too! You can get it at Premium Aquatics now...

Besides DT's and a little extra nori it's the only food that goes in my tank!
