Best glue options.

I have a Geo Calcium reactor that has an air leak at a connection. I'm at a point where I need to replace the media so I'm going to Teflon tape all the threaded unions but would also like to use a pvc type of glue that I can apply in a thin bead to make a nice looking bead. Is there a weld on product that would work well and make a nice bead?

PVC threads should use a sealant instead of Teflon tape,

Thanks for the recommendation. I’m really looking for pvc seam glue however.

There really isnt much in what I think you are asking for...A model cement product is likely sufficient..
Most epoxies are a 2 part which arent thin/easy to apply in a small bead..

Weld on 16 should work for what you want to do. If your unions are leaking neither teflon tape or paste is going to help. You need to replace the o-rings.
