Best LED lights for algae scrubber

Im going to make an algae scrubber for my 92 corner build. It will have a 55 gallon sump. That 147 gallons total. My screen will be 14x12 with 2 inches in the water. Im looking at lights for the build and I don't like the idea of buying CF's every three months. I would like to spend the extra up front and move to LEDs that will last for a very long time. I came up with two viable options. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with either one.
