Best light combination

What is the best light combination. I have two compact lights bulb. One atinic and one 10,000k day light. Is that a good combination for a good appearance tank or there is a better one, please post some opinions

In some pictures you can see the waves in the bottom of the tank, what lights do I need for that?? Is that good?

You need a point source of light, in otherwords you need Metal halide, They are still considered the best lights by many reefers.

In some studies it is reported that the shimmer lines are benefitial to the algae in the coral.
