Best light for refrigium

I need a new light for my refrigium. So it is going to reside in my sump and shine on my cheato. I have had so many rust out down there and I am always afraid that it will fall into the water. I have always used a clamp light or a spot light strapped to the stand.

Any suggestions for what light to use.

I'm using an led light that I got from home Depot. I believe it said it was water resistant, I had it up and running for a few months now with no signs of rust. I'll try to take pictures for you later on.

I have the Kessil Amazon Sun with the gooseneck clamp to attach it to my refugium. It has been working very well and I have a lot of growth.

$200 refuge light. Steeep.

I have recently purchased a mostly red led from ebay. I went from a 50/50 florcent bulb.

WIthin the first day, I noticed a significant bubbles floating from top.. So it was pearling! Plants love red.

I have to give and trade it away all the time.
I've never seen anyone yet with as much as I have.

I use 2 of those clamp on, aluminum cone like lights,
each with a 100W equivalent CFL bulb.
The entire set up costs less than #30 at any Big Box store.

But some seen to have to spend a lot of money to
get sub par results.
